Every human being experiences certain moments when things suddenly become clear, when an idea appears without overthinking, when a solution arrives without searching. These moments are powerful, yet often overlooked.

It’s important to recognize them and to make space for them in everyday life.

There should be at least one space, one moment, one practice where you receive something beyond thought. Not information in the usual sense, but ideas—clear, intuitive, deeply aligned ideas. As if God were downloading something directly into you. A space you can always return to, as often as you need.

For some, these moments arise through movement. For others, through stillness. It might be a particular posture, a certain rhythm of breath, a way of sitting, even a dance.

Whatever it is, it’s sacred. It’s a signal to the universe: “I’m ready. Let the flow begin. I am open to receive and perceive the idea.” It’s as if this one movement, whatever it may be for you—activates something within.

For me, it often happens in the shower. That’s when the most brilliant ideas come to me, the ones that move me forward, fill me with clarity, inspiration, direction. Whenever I’ve been facing a challenge for a while, the solution often arrives right there.

Other times, it happens when I sit on the floor. Sometimes, I intentionally sit on the ground to write, paint, or get work done. It might look strange to others, but the floor feels like a desk to me, a grounded space where ideas move freely.

And I’m perfectly okay with the fact that some people simply won’t understand that. In fact, it makes me feel even more connected, even more motivated, as if energy flows through my body more naturally that way.

Another observation I’ve made: right before I fall asleep, when it’s completely dark and silent outside, and there are no distractions, that’s another sacred window. That’s when the big ideas come. Big realizations. New perspectives. I always keep a notebook by my bed, just in case. But honestly, most ideas are so clear that I don’t even need to write them down. They stay with me. I couldn’t forget them even if I tried.

At times, that’s actually the difficult part, because I feel limited by the night. I can’t act on the idea right away because it’s “too late”. And when I do follow it, I end up staying awake until morning. I try to avoid that now, for the sake of my health.

I know friends who feel this when they drive, when they sit by the sea, walk through a forest, or wake up with the sunrise. For every person, it’s different, or sometimes, it’s the same. But it always requires your attention. You have to notice when it happens.

You need to reflect: When was the last time a solution came to you? What were you doing in that exact moment? Write that down.

And try, as much as possible, to integrate it into your daily life. I know people who find this so powerful that they’ve even changed where they live, or drive for hours just to be in a specific place that awakens this flow.

That’s why I believe it’s important to take this seriously. These downloads of ideas, possibilities, and solutions go beyond thinking, and that’s exactly why they deserve your presence, your attention, and your action.

And now, as I write this text, I’m reminded once again: These moments always come when you’re not trying to think—but when you’re present. When you let go. When you just are. Because ideas are like gifts, they’re meant to be received. And if we’re present enough to notice them, we’re also allowed to live them.
